The full terms arrive together with ordering. Until then, the site only shows our work and takes waitlist signups.
The short version of what will always be true: you see real pages of your book before you pay, and you approve every page before it prints. The finished book is yours, and the personal material you give us to make it is used for your book and nothing else.
Until you approve your book for print, you can cancel for a full refund, any time and for any reason. Once you approve it, the book is printed just for you, so it can't be refunded for a change of mind. That approval is yours alone: every page, then one final confirmation.
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or tracking shows it was lost on the way, we make it right: a free replacement, or a full refund if you'd rather. Photos of the problem are enough, and nothing needs to be shipped back. Every book ships with tracking. A PDF copy, once delivered, isn't refundable.
